Women’s Mental Health Psychiatrist

I am a board-certified psychiatrist with over 20 years of clinical experience. I completed my medical training at U.C. Davis School of Medicine and psychiatry residency at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco.

My work focuses on helping women understand and navigate the complex relationship between mental health, hormonal transitions, and life circumstances—with care that is evidence based and collaborative.

I aim to create a thoughtful, respectful space for assessment and treatment, with careful attention to both symptom relief and long-term wellbeing.
