We provide outpatient psychiatric care for adult women, with an emphasis on thoughtful diagnosis, collaborative treatment planning, and continuity of care.

Services are available via telehealth throughout California and in person in San Francisco.

Psychiatric Evaluation

75-90 minutes ($495)*

A comprehensive initial assessment designed to understand your symptoms, history, and goals.

Includes:

  • Diagnostic clarification

  • Review of medical, psychiatric, and hormonal factors

  • Personalized treatment recommendations

Medication Management

30 minutes ($295)*

Ongoing follow-up visits

Focused on:

  • Effectiveness of medications

  • Side effect management

  • Adjustments based on life stage and symptoms

Psychotherapy

45-50 minutes ($360)*

Supportive and insight-oriented therapy integrated into psychiatric care when appropriate.

Focus may include:

  • Life transitions

  • Identity and role changes

  • Coping with chronic symptoms

  • Behavioral and emotional patterns

Second Opinion Consultations

75-90 minutes ($495)*

For individuals seeking diagnostic clarity or guidance on complex treatment decisions.

Care is:

  • Thoughtful

  • Measured

  • Collaborative—not rushed or protocol-driven

*Amounts reflect base fees and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Our practice offers a limited number of low-fee appointments for eligible patients.

Fees

  • This is a self-pay practice.

  • We value transparency.‍ ‍A Good Faith Estimate** is provided ahead of time so there are no surprises.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Insurance

  • Dr. Shah is not in-network with any insurance.

  • We provide invoices (superbills) for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Patients are responsible for verifying their own coverage and benefits, however we are here to help.
